Import metadata or edit sample fields, then choose the field that defines a group. Group membership is explicit and inspectable; it should not be inferred from filenames without a user-defined rule.
Review gates and statistics before comparing
Confirm that populations and denominators are comparable across samples. Group means and ranges are descriptive summaries. Inferential statistics require adequate independent replicates and an appropriate study design.
